Ordering & confirmation
Submitting an order does not mean automatic acceptance. Every order is reviewed manually and we contact you to confirm within 24 working hours. No work starts before your explicit approval of price and timing.
Pricing & payment
There is no online payment on this site. Listed prices for ready pieces are final; custom pieces are priced after design review (complexity, colours, size, production method). The final price is what we agree in writing before starting, paid on delivery or as agreed.
Production & delivery
Stated preparation times are estimates, confirmed when the order is accepted. Dates may shift for reasons beyond our control — we tell you immediately. Delivery cost depends on the area and is included in the price confirmation.
Exchanges & cancellation
Ready pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Custom pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned; a custom order can be cancelled free of charge before work starts. Damaged arrivals are repaired or replaced at our cost.
Uploaded content
By uploading images or designs you confirm you have the right to use them. We use your files only to produce your order, and never display them publicly without your written permission.
Intellectual property
Rabea’s designs, paintings and site imagery belong to Rabea.art and may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission.
